We stayed at the start of our trip to Thailand for 3 nights. We booked a family water villa which was made up of two connecting villas so our children had a room to themselves. We loved the laidback vibe amongst the mangroves. Plenty of wildlife to see and hear which made us feel like we had arrived in Thailand. Close enough to Ao Nang if you want to visit and we used the free hotel shuttle to Railay and then made our own way back easily at our own time. Plenty of choice at breakfast. The enormous pool was fantastic and we found all the staff friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Krabi Venice and would recommend if you want a base away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang.
This is a really special hotel. Immersed in the mangroves, with beautifully designed wooden villas it feels like true Thai luxury at an affordable price. I worried initially because it wasn’t near the beach but this didn’t matter at all. The pool is great and it’s great to be among all the wildlife of the mangroves. Would definitely recommend Venice Villas

The rooms were spacious and clean.

The distance between rooms was easy to manoeuvre.
The food was great but there were limitations for people with food allergies.
( coeliac) the team did go above and beyond to accommodate. Really pleased overall.
A shuttle service to and from Railey beach was top tier and easy to use.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Comfortable clean facilities, gorgeous scenery and views, and extremely comfy rooms with everything you need. This place is far from a lot of Krabi’s sights, however the hotel does offer a shuttle service and there are some close convenience stores and pharmacy’s if needed. Would definitely come back again!
We stayed here on a whim, not knowing what to expect really. When we arrived earlier than our check in time we were taken to the hotel cafe by buggy and the food was excellent. We were taken to our room and were thoroughly impressed with it, the decking and the jacuzzi! We expected lots of mosquitos but were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t get bitten at all, we didn’t even see any mosquitoes.
We had a meal in the restaurant which was above average, albeit slightly expensive for Thailand.
The pool area is what made the holiday so impressive for us, a huge, clean, well maintained deck and a lovely pool. We ordered fresh coconuts and bar snacks which were gorgeous. There could have been a few more sunloungers but we always managed to get one and didn’t try hard at all.
On Christmas Eve they left a Christmas wreath on our door and a stocking in our room with gingerbread men in. So heartwarming.
The staff are beyond helpful and happy to help with anything. Including trips to the local pharmacy and even 24 hour express posting out some clothes we left on our deck to our next hotel in Koh Lanta.
We wanted to extend our stay but they had no availability! Amazing stay.

We had a delightful stay at Venice Krabi, with welcoming staff, clean rooms and close proximity to Ao Nang and Krabi Town. We booked a room for a week, rented out a moped from the hotel and had a great time hanging out at the very large pool that was only a short walking distance from the room. The Venice staff was very friendly and accomodating to our changing plans (we extended our stay for a few days last minute). Especially Aey was very sweet and helpful and we would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to have a relaxed stay, whilst exploring the islands and the coastal areas around Krabi.
The staffs of Venice made this the best stay in whole of Krabi! From front desk Two, to our buggy rider Mad, all the lovely and smiley staffs during breakfast service & the housekeeping team. You guys are the best! It was raining so heavily during our stay and a lot of staffs, especially housekeeping and driver were drenched, trying to fulfil their work to their best ability! We feel so sorry for them. Pool is superb, bed is so comfy we slept like babies. We want to return every year; better yet if we can return every quarter. Venice Krabi is a gem. Please book.
